“the quality state of being healthy in mind and body, especially as the result of deliberate effort.”

What does this really mean? For us, we focus on eating clean, nutritious foods… drinking plenty of fluids… getting proper exercise… and resting well. These combined have led us to a lifestyle that is as toxin-free as we can help it. We have also been able to enjoy our lives illness-free.
