Winter Meal Planning Made Easy is a resource created to help take the pressure off coming up with delicious, and healthy meals, for you and your family. As a mother of 6 with a husband who needs a special “diet,” meal planning used to be an experience that I would dread. After discovering a simple week-by-week method coupled with understanding the foods of the season, I now take pleasure in creating meal plans and cooking foods the entire family loves!
Each of the meals highlighted in this resource are filled with nutritious foods most common for the Winter season. This adds an extra dose of “health” to a holistic wellness lifestyle. There are five categories provided with 21 meal suggestions for each: breakfast, lunch, dinner, side dishes, and snacks. The quick-reference list helps you take the guess work out of what to cook.
Almost every meal can be easily substituted with ingredients to align with special eating recommendations. Each meal idea page has five dotted blanks for writing your own meal ideas; although, there are enough meal ideas to last you through the entire winter season!
